Like many inducted into the CrossFit cult, I’ve been a Whoop devotee for years. I mean, with Whoop pretty much hogging the screen-free recovery market for years, there was frankly nowhere else to look. But in May, Google launched the Fitbit Air, the Whoop’s biggest competition to date, and I’ve been wearing it ever since
