Ozlo has raised $22 million in Series B funding led by Modi Ventures to expand its sleep technology platform, develop new products, and advance regulatory work for a potential tinnitus treatment
Existing investors LifeArc, Artis Ventures, Resmed, Scrum Ventures, Drive by DraftKings, Wheelhouse 360, WISE Ventures, Niremia Collective, Accelerate Ventures, and World Solver Syndicate participated
The round also included NFL Super Bowl champion Nick Foles, Olympic snowboarder Danny Davis, Whole30 founder Melissa Urban, and psychologist and author Michael Gervais
Ozlo said the $22 million round includes previously issued convertible instruments
The financing comes as the company surpasses 260,000 customers in less than two years
Ozlo is best known for its Sleepbuds, wireless earbuds specifically designed for overnight use and noise masking
The company launched Sleepbuds 2 in July 2026 with up to 14 hours of battery life, upgraded connectivity, and an improved audio system
Ozlo plans to use the Series B funding to scale the Sleepbuds business internationally while increasing investment in hardware, software, engineering, research, and development
The company also wants to extend beyond traditional consumer sleep products into health conditions affecting sleep
Part of the funding will support regulatory work needed to submit a tinnitus-focused product to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for review
Ozlo is exploring a broader sleep health platform incorporating technologies such as biosensing, artificial intelligence, and neuromodulation
The company is also building partnerships spanning consumer wellness, clinical sleep care, research, and elite athletics
Existing collaborations include Calm, research institutions, Canada Snowboard, and Dreem Health, a virtual sleep clinic
The Dreem Health partnership is designed to connect consumers using Ozlo products with specialists who can evaluate, diagnose, and treat sleep disorders when clinical care is needed
