Ribbon-cutting held on World Suicide Prevention Day
RED BANK, N.J., Sept. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Red Bank Catholic High School officially opened a new Wellness Room on its Broad Street campus today, with a ribbon-cutting and blessing ceremony marking the next chapter of the school’s student wellness initiative, developed in partnership with Conscientia Health.
The event fell on World Suicide Prevention Day, within National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, timing both organizations say reflects their shared commitment to student mental health.

Principal Dr. Vanessa Pereira, Tony Onoriode, COO of Conscientia Health, Daniel Adighije amongst other RBC students cut the ribbon on the new RISE Wellness Room, a dedicated space for student mental health. The room opens today, World Suicide Prevention Day, as a quiet place for care, conversation, and support.
A partnership that began with one email now stands as a room students can walk into when they need it.
