    Oxford, UK / Oct 9, 2026 / BON CHARGE

STRONG Pilates Oxford and new wellness destination Khanom’s are bringing advanced red light recovery technology into the mainstream through a new partnership with science-backed wellness technology brand BON CHARGE™

At a time when recovery is viewed as just as important as traditional fitness goals, the collaboration marks a wider commitment to everyday members to make recovery more accessible. Through introducing premium technology that is traditionally found in specialist studios and wellness clinics, more can benefit with new experiences that support elite performance and overall wellbeing in a single membership.

Launching at The Holford Centre which houses both STRONG and Khanom’s, the long-term partnership led by founder, Khaleda Rahman, has announced BON CHARGE as their Official Red Light & Recovery Partner. The collaboration will see BON CHARGE’s award-winning Red Light Therapy Blanket incorporated into new Pilates only classes across both

STRONG Pilates Oxford will blend red light technology in an immersive first for the brand, marrying up its high-intensity and low-impact training with a new bespoke red light Pilates-only class. The first classes were held on September 26 with future bookings available on the STRONG Pilates app

As part of a wider partnership, BON CHARGE supported the brand’s annual “STRONG Week” between 14-20 September across its studios globally, spanning Australia Pacific, North America and UK. In an exclusive competition, members had the chance to win its cutting-edge Max Red Light Therapy Device

Khanom’s has been developed out of founder Khaleda’s desire to make wellness more intentional and officially opened on September 26. The foundation for the brand is to make a comprehensive ecosystem where fitness and recovery exist side-by-side, while giving members distinct spaces to train, recover and reset

As part of the launch, Khanom’s introduced the BON CHARGE Reset Room, a dedicated space to prioritise recovery and wellbeing. BON CHARGE’s Red Light Therapy Blankets and Red Light Face Mask will be available in the space, while the technology will also be incorporated in mat Pilates and yoga classes, supporting a more holistic approach to recovery

Andy Mant, CEO and Co-Founder of BON CHARGE comments: “At BON CHARGE, our mission is to make science-backed wellness tech seamlessly fit into people’s daily routines

Partnering with STRONG Pilates Oxford allows us to bridge the gap between high-intensity training and proactive recovery. By integrating our targeted red light technology directly into the studio experience and the Reset Room, we’re making elite-level recovery accessible to every member, helping them optimise performance, bounce back faster, and support them in feeling their best every day”

Owner of STRONG Pilates Oxford and Khanom’s, Khaleda Rahman, says: “Opening STRONG Pilates Oxford stemmed from a desire to create a premium, effective, and accessible training environment, but it was clear that training and recovery shouldn’t exist as separate worlds

We’re often so focused on the next session that we neglect recovery. That’s why our partnership with BON CHARGE feels so aligned, as it allows us to give our community curated, effective tools to make recovery a realistic, daily part of their routines.”

The partnership reflects a wider shift in fitness culture from burnout towards longevity, as consumers place greater emphasis on how they recover alongside how they train. In 2025, sports-recovery bookings rose 155% and low-impact training increased 112%, while strength and Pilates continued to grow.1

As recovery becomes increasingly integrated into the fitness experience, interest in red red light technology is also growing. BON CHARGE’s Global Wellness Tech Trend Report 2026surveyed 2,000 Brits and found that currently just one quarter of UK adults have explored the use of red light technology with 87% starting within the last two years. To aid post-workout comfort over a fifth (21%) utilised red light devices specifically as part of their recovery routine.2

The partnership between STRONG Pilates Oxford, Khanom’s and BON CHARGE brings these emerging recovery trends into a new fitness and wellness focused environment, giving members access to red light technology with dedicated experiences
