For the past four years, Nutrition In Sync has quietly championed a new approach to women’s health — one that recognises women as interconnected, cyclical systems rather than a collection of isolated symptoms. Today, the practice is formally introducing The Sync Method, the framework that has guided its work since inception

Created by Rashi Chowdhary, a globally recognised nutritionist and women’s hormone health expert, The Sync Method draws from more than 18 years of clinical experience. Over the years, the approach has supported more than 20,000 women dealing with PCOS, fertility concerns, thyroid disorders, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and chronic hormonal imbalances

As a result, Nutrition In Sync has become a trusted destination for women across India, the UAE, and several international markets — especially for those who continue to experience symptoms despite being told their test results appear “normal.”

Addressing Root Causes Instead of Symptoms

At the core of The Sync Method lies a simple yet powerful philosophy: hormonal health depends on how different systems in the body communicate with one another. Therefore, instead of suppressing symptoms, the framework focuses on restoring balance across key foundations of health

As per the press release, the methodology targets essential pillars such as gut health, blood sugar regulation, liver detoxification, nervous system support, sleep quality, cycle awareness, and nutrient sufficiency. Moreover, the team personalises every protocol using data-driven insights to uncover and address the root cause of imbalance

According to Rashi Chowdhary, conventional wellness advice has often overlooked female biology

“For decades, women have been told to eat less, train more, and push through. That’s a man’s protocol on a woman’s body,” she says. “Women are cyclical beings. Our hormones, metabolism, and needs shift every single week of the month. The Sync Method reflects what happens when nutrition finally aligns with female biology.”

    Supporting Measurable Hormonal Improvements

Women following the protocol often report noticeable changes within a few months. In many cases, testosterone, prolactin, and TSH levels begin moving toward healthier ranges. Additionally, menstrual cycles regulate more consistently, period pain reduces, and sleep quality improves. Under medical supervision, some women are even able to reduce or discontinue long-term medications

Lakshmi Kale believes the framework changes how women approach their health altogether

“The Sync Method gives women something they’ve rarely been offered before — a structured, root-cause approach that aligns with how the female body actually works,” she explains. “However, the real transformation comes from the compassion women begin showing themselves through the process. The framework succeeds not because it is restrictive, but because it is gentle, sustainable, and respectful of the body’s intelligence.”

Similarly, Jeanne, who personally lives with endometriosis, highlights the emotional connection women develop with the method

“What makes The Sync Method different is that it does not ask women to override themselves,” she says. “Conventional advice often encourages women to push harder, restrict more, and ignore their body’s signals. Instead, our approach works with a woman’s inner wisdom. Once women learn to trust those signals, real recalibration begins.”

    Clients Experience Early Positive Changes

Many clients report improvements within days of beginning the programme. For example, Priyadarshini, a client at Nutrition In Sync, noticed significant changes during her first week

“Within 7–9 days on the ONE Program, my energy levels improved, bloating reduced, and my gut inflammation settled,” she shares. “The simple and sustainable diet helped me regain focus, positivity, and balance in both my personal life and my business.”

A Virtual, Personalised Hormonal Health Programme

Nutrition In Sync delivers The Sync Method through its flagship ONE Program, a fully virtual one-on-one nutrition protocol designed specifically for women. Additionally, women can begin their journey with the free Sync Score self-assessment, which helps identify the areas where hormonal imbalance may be most prominent
