Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce Announces Upcoming “Skill Up!” Series on Mental Wellness at Work

The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce an upcoming session it its Skill Up! Series, an educational program designed to support business growth and professional development within the Greater Rochester business community. The Skill Up! Series features sessions led by local business experts, providing insights into practical and timely topics relevant to today’s professionals.
The upcoming session, “Mental Wellness at Work: What I’ve Learned as a Business Owner, Leader, and Mental Health Professional” will take place on Thursday, September 10th, from 8:00-9:30AM at 18 South Main Street in downtown Rochester, NH. In this Skill Up! session, Jessica Pinkham of LifeBalance Counseling will lead an honest and practical conversation about workplace mental wellness from both perspectives: as a mental health professional and as someone who understands firsthand the realities of running a business and leading a team.
Whether you are leading a team, managing employees, running a business, or simply trying to find healthier ways to manage the demands of work and life, you’ll leave with actional tools, fresh perspectives, and reassurance that you’re not alone in the challenges you face
Community members are encouraged to attend Skill Up! sessions to gain valuable knowledge and connect with other local professionals. Attendance is free for Chamber members and $15 for non-members
Hosting opportunities are available to both Chamber members and non-members. Hosting a session will provide businesses with a unique opportunity to showcase their expertise, increase visibility, and connect directly with local professionals.
