A fitness center in Dauphin County is adding an outdoor recovery space
The space will include an eight-person barrel sauna, two commercial cold plunges, an outdoor shower and a dedicated recovery area
The recovery space will be available through monthly memberships to both gym members and the public

Triple P Fitness opened Deeboasis on Aug. 19 at its property at 2609 N. Front St. in Harrisburg
“You see dedicated sauna and cold plunge concepts growing in larger cities, and we wanted to bring our own version of that experience here. Being directly on the riverfront gave us the opportunity to create something really unique,” Noah Parsons, owner of Triple P Fitness, said in a news release
The name Deeboasis combines “Deebo” and “oasis” and is named after Parsons’ French bulldog
“Triple P has always been about training hard, but recovery is part of the process too,” Parsons said. “Deeboasis gives people a place specifically built for that. You can come in, shut everything else out for 30 minutes, hit the sauna, plunge and leave feeling completely different.”
Membership options include:
- Sauna: $65/month for Triple P clients; $80/month for non-clients
- Cold plunge: $65/month for Triple P clients; $80/month for non-clients
- Sauna and cold plunge: $115/month for Triple P clients; $150/month for non-clients
Triple P Fitness opened in 2023. The company purchased its building in 2025
It provides individualized strength training, weight loss, conditioning, sport-specific training and other personal training services
